Matthew Schmidt

Architect

“Architecture is an artform that is shaped by human experience. Each experience is unique, as each user projects their life onto the spaces they inhabit.”

Matthew began experimenting with architecture from an early age, following that curiosity while still in High School to a course at Harvard School of Design, later to begin a career as an architect at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico. “El arqui Masiu” as he is commonly referred to at the construction site, carries a trajectory of experienced design and construction, and of continuous learning. His design methodology is based on a deep understanding of his clients; their needs and whims, as to identify the most opportune architectural concept. “Architecture is an artform that is shaped by human experience. Each experience is unique, as each user projects their life onto the spaces they inhabit,” as Matthew says, to explain the transcendence of the spaces he designs.

Azaria García

Architect
Master's Degree in Construction Management

“Effectively managing a project since its design phase is fundamental to the finished product.”

Azaria received her Bachelor's Degree in Architecture at the Tec de Monterrey, Campus Querétaro in 2015. She obtained her Master's Degree in Construction Management in 2018 at the ITC Campus Querétaro.
Passionate about the arts and numbers, she found in architecture the perfect middle ground between the two. For Azaria, effectively managing a project since its design phase is fundamental to ensure that the finished product is a space that meets and exceeds all the clients expectations, adapting to their needs, possibilities, and dreams.

Bosco Tamayo

Architect

“Bosco is passionate about the empathetic process of matching a user with a solution.”

Bosco earned his degree in Architecture from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Querétaro in 2020. He’ll get into anything that requires some critical thinking, some problem solving, and a great big serving of design on top. Not a jack of all trades, not quite a master of none, but eager to learn them all. Bosco is passionate about the empathetic process of matching a user with a solution, a question with the right answer, always with an indefatigable, out-of-the-box style of problem-solving.
